Project One
Rooftop Patio
Discreet client requested modifications to existing roof system to incorporate roof top patio and access stairway. Patio is designed to provide a getaway experience for office workers with close proximity to café and open atrium corridor. Amenities include organic seating wall, open table and chairs, shade canopies, natural landscaping, bar top and multifunctional space. Future phases to incorporate additional floor roof patios and gardens for immersive environment. Photos are representative of the style and character of the work.
Project Two
Coffee Shop & Cafe
This coffee shop and café was designed to support an existing office space and factory facility with direct connection to outdoor patio. Amenities include coffee shop, self-serve food and drink, lounge, bar top, open atrium, mixed used hangout space, custom theme graphics, and kitchen facility. Style emphasized industrial urban with breakout nodes for private contemplation or small social interaction. Improvements was completed to enhance current design character within secure office space. Pictures represented here are sampling of design and function within the space, but because of the sensitive nature are only representative to the actual design.
Project Three
Fitness Center & Nurse Station
This fitness center and medical care facility within an existing campus supporting the workers on-site. Amenities include nurses office, exam rooms, x-ray, fitness classes, change areas, bathrooms, and workout area. Improvements was completed to enhance current design character within existing office space. Pictures represented here are sampling of design and function within the space, but because of the sensitive nature are only representative to the actual design.

Factory Design & Modifications
When client’s request discretion because of the sensitive nature of their work and confidential formulation within their design. We provide secure and discreet services in both document control, management, and creation. These designs service are not limited and include factory support, tools positioning, workflow analysis, hazardous code compliance, process modeling, system support design, ground up factory design, warehousing, delivery services, and turn key project design. Many of these same designs are maintained and managed by our team with multiple complex installations and detailed 3D modeling of all support systems.
