\n\t\tRooftop Patio\n\t<\/h6>\n\t

Discreet client requested modifications to existing roof system to incorporate roof top patio and access stairway. Patio is designed to provide a getaway experience for office workers with close proximity to caf\u00e9 and open atrium corridor. Amenities include organic seating wall, open table and chairs, shade canopies, natural landscaping, bar top and multifunctional space. Future phases to incorporate additional floor roof patios and gardens for immersive environment. This coffee shop and caf\u00e9 was designed to support an existing office space and factory facility with direct connection to outdoor patio. Amenities include coffee shop, self-serve food and drink, lounge, bar top, open atrium, mixed used hangout space, custom theme graphics, and kitchen facility. Style emphasized industrial urban with breakout nodes for private contemplation or small social interaction. Improvements was completed to enhance current design character within secure office space. This fitness center and medical care facility within an existing campus supporting the workers on-site. Amenities include nurses office, exam rooms, x-ray, fitness classes, change areas, bathrooms, and workout area.\u00a0 Improvements was completed to enhance current design character within existing office space.
